1. Information We Collect
BinFlow may collect information you provide or create in the app, including:
- account details such as email address and display name
- business, workspace, and team membership information
- inventory records such as item names, quantities, locations, references, and activity history
- barcode or SKU fields and related search terms
- item photos or other files you choose to add
- support messages and other communications you send to us
We may also collect standard technical information such as device type, app version, timestamps, crash reports, diagnostic data, and basic analytics events when enabled.
BinFlow does not intentionally collect precise location data or contacts, and it does not require microphone access for core functionality.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate BinFlow, authenticate accounts, support shared workspaces and team invites, store and sync inventory records, process barcode and photo features you use, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and protect the service from misuse or unauthorized access.
3. Permissions and Device Access
If you choose to add item photos or scan barcodes, BinFlow may request camera access. If you choose to upload an existing photo, BinFlow may request photo library access. These permissions are used only for the features you choose to use.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be shared with:
- service providers that help operate backend, authentication, storage, analytics, and app infrastructure, including Supabase and PostHog when enabled
- other authorized members of your business workspace
- authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect rights and safety
5. Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide BinFlow, maintain active workspaces, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on account status, workspace activity, and applicable law.
6. Your Choices and Deletion Requests
You may request account or data-related help by contacting zenstow.business@gmail.com. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain information. You may also request deletion of account-linked data by email.
Please include the email address associated with your BinFlow account and enough detail for us to locate the request.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
BinFlow is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated version is posted with a revised effective date.
