These Terms of Service govern your use of the BinFlow app and related services. By using BinFlow, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may use BinFlow only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for your use of the service, your account credentials, and any content or inventory records submitted through the app.
2. License
BinFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your internal business inventory and operations workflows.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
Certain features may require an account or business workspace. You are responsible for safeguarding account access and for managing which team members are authorized to access your workspace.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the inventory records, location data, photos, and other content you submit. You grant BinFlow permission to host, store, process, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate the service.
5. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, its systems, or other users' data. You may not use BinFlow for unlawful activity.
6. Platform and Service Providers
BinFlow may rely on third-party providers, including infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, and communication providers, to operate the service.
If you obtained BinFlow through the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple is not responsible for providing support for BinFlow except as required by law. If you obtained BinFlow through Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to Google Play's applicable terms and policies.
7. Availability and Changes
BinFlow may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Availability may vary by platform, device, or region.
8. Privacy
Use of BinFlow is also governed by the BinFlow Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
BinFlow and its branding and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of BinFlow or its underlying rights.
10. Disclaimer
BinFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BinFlow and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Termination
You may stop using BinFlow at any time. We may limit or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued service is not feasible.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when changes are posted.
