ZenStow Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZenStow app and related services. By using ZenStow, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Use
You may use ZenStow only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for how you use the app and for any content you store.
2. License
ZenStow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial inventory organization.
3. Accounts and Sync
ZenStow can be used without an account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of inventory data and photos you add to ZenStow. You grant ZenStow the permission necessary to store, process, and sync that content solely to provide app functionality.
5. In-App Purchases
Optional in-app purchases may be offered on supported platforms. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to each store's terms, billing, and refund rules.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse or interfere with the app or its services.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Do not use ZenStow for unlawful content or unlawful activity.
7. Privacy
Use of ZenStow is also governed by the ZenStow Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and shared.
8. Third-Party Services
ZenStow relies on third-party services and platforms, including Supabase, Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple App Store, and Google Play, as applicable. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
9. Service Changes and Availability
ZenStow may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Availability may vary by platform, region, or device.
10. Intellectual Property
ZenStow and its branding, code, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of ZenStow or its underlying rights.
11. Disclaimer
ZenStow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenStow and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
13. Termination
You may stop using ZenStow at any time. Access to account-based features may be limited or terminated if these terms are violated.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Severability
If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when changes are made.
